Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. What MethodCasa provides

MethodCasa provides access to written informational and educational research material organised into method libraries. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, and we do not act as a broker, adviser or fiduciary.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal: sharing access, credentials or purchased material with others is prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.

3. Purchases and access levels

Each method offers separately configured access options — a single release, ongoing access to new releases, or complete access to the currently published library (with future updates where the method states so). What you receive is defined by the option you purchased at the time of purchase.

4. Payments

Purchases are settled in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. Access unlocks only after that processor confirms settlement to our servers. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible; you are responsible for sending the correct amount and asset to the address shown before the invoice expires.

5. No promises of results

We make no representation, promise or guarantee of income, profit, return, savings or any other outcome. Any figures, examples or case documentation are illustrative of a process, not a prediction of your results.

6. Private chats and conduct

Chat access depends on the access level you purchased. Harassment, spam, scams, solicitation, illegal content and sharing of paid material are prohibited. Moderators may remove messages, mute or remove members, and revoke chat access.

7. Intellectual property

All material remains the property of MethodCasa or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view purchased material. Copying, republishing, reselling or redistributing it is prohibited.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, attempt to circumvent access controls, or engage in fraudulent payment activity.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MethodCasa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or financial loss arising from your use of the material. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
