Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email address, phone number, profile picture), your purchase and payment records, the material your account has unlocked, messages you post in private chats, notification preferences, and technical data such as device, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Advertising and attribution data
Because many visitors arrive from advertising, we record campaign parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid and fbclid), the page you landed on and the referring site. This lets us understand which campaigns lead to registrations and purchases. Analytics and advertising platforms may be connected for the same purpose.
How we use it
To operate your account, deliver purchased material, verify payments, provide support, moderate chats, prevent fraud and abuse, measure marketing performance, and meet legal obligations.
Payments
Cryptocurrency payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We store the transaction reference, status, amount, asset and timestamps. We never receive, request or store your private keys or seed phrases.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that host our infrastructure, process payments, send messages and provide analytics, strictly to run the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and security
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account exists and as required by law. Access to protected material and chats is enforced server-side with database-level access rules.
Your choices
You can update your name, email address, phone number, profile picture and password in your account settings, and request deletion of your account by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your access to purchased material.
