Refund Policy

Digital delivery
Purchases unlock digital informational material immediately upon confirmed payment. Once a release has been unlocked to your account it is considered delivered and is generally not refundable.
When we do issue refunds
We refund confirmed payments where the material was never delivered because of a fault on our side, where you were charged twice for the same item, or where a payment settled after an invoice expired and the corresponding access was not granted.
Crypto specifics
Refunds of cryptocurrency payments are returned in the same asset to an address you provide, minus network fees. Exchange-rate movement between purchase and refund is not compensated. Underpaid or late invoices may be credited rather than refunded.
Ongoing access
Ongoing access can be cancelled at any time by not renewing. Time already elapsed on a paid period is not refundable.
No performance-based refunds
Because we sell informational material and promise no financial outcome, refunds are not available on the basis of results.

Email support@methodcasa.com from your account email with the order reference and a short description. We aim to respond within two business days.
